PEORIA, IL — Today, JB For Governor released a new ad showcasing Governor JB Pritzker’s support from Illinoisans in Earlville, Chatsworth, and Bloomington and emphasizing his record of delivering for every corner of the state.
The 30-second ad features supporters thanking Gov. Pritzker for all the work he’s done to stand up for Illinois working families and fight for progress throughout the state.
Gov. Pritzker has delivered for Illinoisans in the Peoria-Bloomington area by:
- Attracting major investments from Rivian, Ferrero, and Damera, creating more than 800 new jobs across the region.
- Making critical repairs on I-55, I-74, and Veterans Parkway with union labor.
- Making massive investments in Heartland Community College to help prepare students for the in-demand jobs of the future.
- Investing $87 million to upgrade Illinois State University’s fine arts facilities.
- Investing in the expansion of the Route 66 bike trail, park improvements in Bloomington, and a new Luckey Climber at the Children’s Discovery Museum.
- Upgrading the trails, bridges, and stairways at Starved Rock State Park through an $18 million investment.
- Directing $10 million to revitalize Sheridan Road into a safer, more accessible route through Rebuild Illinois.
The ad will air on broadcast and digital platforms in the Peoria-Bloomington media market.
