CHICAGO, IL – Today, Governor JB Pritzker and lieutenant governor candidate Christian Mitchell were endorsed by End Citizens United. As a national advocacy organization fighting to get dark money out of politics, End Citizens United is a leading voice against corruption in elections.
This endorsement reflects Gov. Pritzker and Christian Mitchell’s record of putting working families over corrupt special interests.

Over the past seven years, the Governor has:
- Signed legislation to increase lobbyist disclosure requirements and close loopholes to prevent special interest groups from hiding their influence
- Overhauled the state’s ethics framework to increase transparency and accountability
- Banned judicial campaigns from accepting dark money and out-of-state contributions
- Issued an executive order prohibiting state officials from participating in prediction markets
