JB and Juliana Attend Criminal Justice Forum, Organizing Event

Peoria, IL – Today, JB Pritzker and State Representative Juliana Stratton were back in Peoria for State Representative Jehan Gordon-Booth’s Justice Reform and Economic Opportunity Forum and to attend a grassroots organizing event at the JB for Governor Peoria field office.

JB and Juliana began the day at Jehan Gordon-Booth’s forum where JB highlighted their plan to reform Illinois’ broken criminal justice system by legalizing marijuana and modernizing sentencing, reducing recidivism, ending the criminalization of children, and treating gun violence like a public health epidemic.

They then attended a grassroots organizing event at the JB for Governor Peoria office. While there, they discussed their statewide, grassroots campaign and plan to put Springfield back on the side of working families by expanding healthcare, creating jobs, and investing in quality education.
