JB Pritzker Blasts Rauner and Presents Clear Vision in Second Democratic Debate

Tuesday, January 30, 2018

Chicago, IL – At the second Democratic gubernatorial primary debate in Carbondale, JB Pritzker demonstrated why he is the only candidate with the leadership and vision necessary to move Illinois forward. JB clearly highlighted his plans to create jobs in Illinois and relentlessly held Bruce Rauner accountable for his destructive, crisis driven agenda.

JB presented his vision to get the economy back on track and create jobs statewide:

JB also made it clear that Bruce Rauner is the problem, and while Chris Kennedy applauds the failed governor, he is ready to defeat him:

“Tonight, JB Pritzker showed Illinois why he’s the only candidate capable of moving our state forward from the damage done by Bruce Rauner,” said Pritzker campaign manager Anne Caprara. “JB made his case with clarity, and showed why Bruce Rauner is already trying to distract from his failure as governor. JB took charge and highlighted his statewide vision and real policy plans to get Illinois back on track. Illinoisans saw the vision and leadership JB will provide to bring people together and get big things done for this state.”
