Illinoisans Can Enroll in ACA Plans from November 1 Through December 15

Chicago, IL – The enrollment period for Affordable Care Act plans is now open, but Bruce Rauner refuses to speak out on Donald Trump sabotaging our healthcare system.

In an attempt to undermine the ACA, Trump cut the enrollment period by half and slashed advertising by 90 percent. While bipartisan governors have vocally opposed callous attacks on the ACA, Rauner has been silent on Trump’s drastic moves to jeopardize coverage for millions.

“Healthcare as we know it is under assault by Donald Trump and Bruce Rauner has failed to stand up for Illinois families,” said Pritzker campaign spokeswoman Jordan Abudayyeh. “This is sabotage, pure and simple, and Rauner’s silence leaves working families to pay the price.”
