BELLEVILLE, IL — Today, JB For Governor released a new ad showcasing Governor JB Pritzker’s support from Illinoisans in the Metro East and emphasizing his record of delivering for the region.
The 30-second ad features supporters thanking Gov. Pritzker for all the work he’s done to stand up for Illinois working families and fight for progress throughout the state.
Gov. Pritzker has delivered for Illinoisans in the Metro East by:
- Expanding the MetroLink to MidAmerica Airport through Rebuild Illinois.
- Investing $15 million in a new public safety building at Emerson Park Transit Center to improve infrastructure for 911 operators and emergency responders.
- Securing funds for a new grocery store in Venice and a new hospital in Cahokia Heights.
- Providing funding for Southwestern Illinois College’s new $20 million Manufacturing Training Academy in Belleville, offering workforce development opportunities and access to good-paying jobs.
- Providing funding to rebuild the new Interstate 270 Chain of Rocks Bridge.
- Investing $5 million in Belle-Clair Fairgrounds Park.
The ad will air on broadcast and digital platforms in the media market covering the Metro East area.
