Gov. Pritzker Stands Up for the Law and Constitution Despite Attacks on our Democracy
CHICAGO, IL — Today, JB For Governor released a new TV ad, “Out of Hand,” highlighting Governor Pritzker’s unwavering defense of Illinois communities in the face of federal overreach and the Trump administration’s attacks on Illinois families.
The ad features Illinoisans who support Gov. Pritzker’s decisive action against Trump’s ruthless deployment of federal immigration agents across the state.
“Illinois will not stand down while our neighbors are terrorized by Trump’s secret police,” said Gov. Pritzker. “We will continue to fight for democracy, the rule of law, and the people of Illinois.”
Since Donald Trump took office, Gov. Pritzker has been a frontline leader in the fight against the administration’s unconstitutional agenda, speaking out against the federal government deploying untrained, violent agents against American families, establishing the Illinois Accountability Commission, and making clear that Illinois will not stand by while the rights and safety of its residents are threatened.
Illinois deserves steady leadership that will stand up for working families. While the Republican candidates praise Trump’s attacks on democracy, Gov. Pritzker will continue to fight to defend American families.
The ad will air in Chicago broadcast and cable television, as well as on digital platforms.
